I came in contact with them via one of their ads; I was triggered by the term SMART Dropshipping. I watched the live webinar this Wednesday and I was pretty amazed about the concept.
They asked me to complete the first 2 steps for implementing SMART Dropshipping in my business, so I did. I requested new quotes and they analyzed my supply chain data.
They gave me better quotes for 4/5 of my Best Sellers and they showed me my current processing time, shipping time and dispute rate.
During a call they told me how they can improve it step by step and how we can implement the next steps regarding SMART Dropshipping. I was convinced and I decided to switch from my old trusted supplier to Service Points.
