Discover our dropship levels

How does it work?

SMART Dropshipping works with different Dropship Levels. Every first of the month the number of orders you have processed is checked. The average per day then determines your Dropship Level.
You can then benefit from all the benefits and proactive optimizations within this Dropship Level this new month. In the SP platform next to your name you can see which level currently applies.
Be sure to take advantage of this and let your account manager get to work!

Please note: Your badge is recalculated every month based on the orders you have processed in the past 30 days.

Where can I see what dropship level I have and what I'm working towards?

You will find both at the top right under your name if you are logged in to the platform and have the homepage in front of you. In addition, you will receive a message from your account manager every first of the month if your dropship level has changed.
