Eindhoven
Full time
€3,000-€4,000
You seek out new coaches, build relationships, and turn them into partnerships that structurally generate new clients. You do this at events, in conversations, and potentially through your own network, with a direct influence on the growth of Service Points.
You don't have to know everything already. You work together with our Partner Manager and with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management, and you learn from colleagues who already work with partners.
Service Points is a fast-growing e-commerce and supply chain platform that connects webshops and brands with suppliers and factories in China. Through our platform, we support clients with sourcing, quotations, order processing, fulfillment, and supplier communication.
We work with a Dutch team in Eindhoven, a local team in China, and an international network of suppliers, factories, and commercial partners. Our focus is on a reliable and scalable supply chain.
A large proportion of our new customers come through coaches in the e-commerce and dropshipping world. They have their own community and audience and recommend Service Points to entrepreneurs who need a reliable supply chain.
To further grow this channel, we are seeking a Partner Manager who focuses entirely on coach partnerships. You will find new coaches, close deals, and ensure that the collaboration consistently generates new clients. You will work closely with our Partner Manager, who focuses on our service partners.
You are responsible for finding, acquiring, strengthening, and expanding (existing) coaching partnerships and for the number of new clients they generate. Do you see an opportunity? Then you don't wait around. You seize it, make the introduction, and involve your colleagues to turn it into a partnership.
Concrete example: at an event abroad, you speak to a coach with a large audience who does not yet know what Service Points can do for his students. You delve into his situation, address his concerns, schedule a follow-up meeting, and negotiate a partnership. For larger deals, the Head of Growth monitors the process. Afterward, you work out how the first customers will come on board and stay on top of it until that actually happens.
