What tools and services do you all offer?

Basically, we are a (free) fulfillment software that you can connect to your webshop for automated order processing. We connect dropshippers with the best and most reliable agents in China. You can arrange everything via our platform; from sourcing products to communicating with the agents and after sales service. You will also get a personal account manager who will act proactively based on your needs, to achieve results as quickly as possible.

In addition, we offer a customer service AI tool . Our tool automates your customer service with AI, allowing you to respond to customers within a minute. It processes automated actions such as refunds, resends, refunds and order or address changes in Service Points and Shopify. Thanks to personalized service based on your feedback and policies, you save up to 90% on your customer service team and significantly reduce costs.

Finally, we have a bonus tool, the SP Product Researcher . This is a powerful tool that allows you to find profitable products, analyze competitors and make data-driven decisions in just a few clicks. No more hours of searching or outdated tools – everything you need is here for you. Our customers can use all of these tools for free.

Why can Service Points take me to the next level and a Chinese supplier/agent can't?

There is still so much to gain when you look at the supply chain of dropshippers. Lots of automations, optimizations but also a big blind spot regarding shipping & delivery results; What is my average processing time (per product, per country)? What dispute % did I have on my winner the last day(s)? Is it wise to continue to scale this product, looking at my data? If you don't have insight into this data and therefore can't manage it, you are missing out on a huge amount of money.

Chinese suppliers don't have a platform that takes email sending out of your hands, automatically adds tracking codes every 2 hours or automatically detects address errors. In addition, you also have 0.0 visibility into your supply chain data. You only know that an order is shipped, that it is on its way and if it has been delivered. You're missing so much control data this way. How can you make millions without having a grip on this?

Why not work directly with a Chinese supplier/agent?

Because we add a lot of value that you don't get with a Chinese agent without paying something extra for it. Think of automating your business, complete data insights, an EU account manager, the possibility to work with multiple suppliers/agents at the same time and much more. In addition, you do NOT pay us a fee, because we apply the profit-share model with the suppliers/agents. It's a win-win situation; they get access to more than 10,000 orders per day and we receive a fee for this. In addition, the suppliers/agents save enormously on personnel costs, since we often do the support. So in principle you don't pay anything extra and you get a lot of value in return!

Are you also suitable for beginner dropshippers or do you have an MOQ?

Our minimum MOQ is 10 orders per day. Still below this? Then sign up for SP Lite , our platform specially designed for beginners!

How can you guarantee such fast processing time and delivery time?

Because we work with the best suppliers in China and you can spread your risk. Are your current suppliers/agents (on the SP platform) performing less well due to, for example, busy periods or holidays? Then you switch to another supplier with good statistics, plenty of choice.

What countries can you ship to?

We can ship worldwide.

What products do you have?

We can basically supply all products that are also on Ali Express and/or Ali Baba. In addition, we can also supply many other products. The most convenient way is if you can share a website link with us, then we can work with this!

Is it bad if I don't sell anything for a period of time?

No, we do not charge additional fees even then.

Is there a cost involved in signing up?

No, for all fulfillment services, signing up is free. Using the dashboard + getting your own account manager is also free. You pay only the product-and-shipping costs. There are no hidden fees or late fees.

Are you the same kind of platform / private agents as CJ dropshipping/Hypersku/Dayone?

No. With us you can work with multiple private suppliers/agents and with CJ/Hypersku/Dayone only with one supplier. In addition, we provide insight into the complete supply chain data so that you can optimize in a targeted manner. This is also not possible with the other parties. Finally, we provide a premium service through our EU account managers.

As an SP member, can I also provide ideas/feedback to improve the platform?

Yes, that's for sure. Please fill in this form .

Could it be that a certain function in the platform is not working?

Yes, that's possible. Then there is probably a bug behind this. Please always pass this on to your account manager immediately so that we can resolve this as soon as possible.

Will there be new features or improvements to the current features every month?

Yes, monthly and sometimes weekly updates go live. You can follow them in our Discord under the “Platform updates” channel.

I would like to add benefits to the dropship levels, is that possible?

Yes, send to your account manager what you would like us to add to the dropship levels.

Can I immediately claim my new benefits if I have moved up a dropship level?

Yes, always ask your account manager about the possibilities.

Where can I see what dropship level I have and what I'm working towards?

Both can be found at the top right under your name when you are logged into the platform and have the homepage in front of you. In addition, you will receive a message from your account manager every quarter when your dropship level has changed.

Can I also nominate suppliers?

Yes, if you want to share the contact details with your account manager, we will ensure that it is taken up further. If the supplier passes the test phase, you will soon see it on the platform.

Are new agents/suppliers constantly being added?

Yes, we add new suppliers every week to ensure quality. Underperforming suppliers are then removed from the platform.

Is it true that the suppliers have different names on the platform than outside the platform?

Yes. Most suppliers have a different name outside the platform. We do this so that suppliers are not contacted outside our platform.

Do you also have vendors like Bowen, Linda or Levi?

Yes, in fact, we only work with private dropship agents. We want to keep the quality on the platform high and therefore only allow the best suppliers.

What happens once I have signed up for the Sourcing & Forwarding service?

Then you will be contacted within 24 hours via Whatsapp (also keep an eye on your email, in case we cannot reach you via Whatsapp) and then you will start onboarding.

Is there a certain MOQ for purchasing products?

Yes, we can buy for you from 50 pieces.

Can you source everything that is on AliExpress/AliBaba?

Yes, pretty much everything.

Do you have multiple shipping methods?

Yes, you can choose both fast and very slow shipping. The latter is much cheaper.

Can you ensure that my bulk shipment is sent insured?

Yes, in most cases yes. Please note: first discuss this specifically with your account manager to prevent problems afterwards.

Can you request quotes from multiple suppliers/agents?

Yes, with all suppliers connected to our platform.

Can you also send the products to me, or to your fulfillment center?

Yes, both are no problem. You can get an all-in-one price from us, including the product costs and shipping costs.

What happens once I've signed up for the Fulfillment EU?

Then you will be contacted within 24 hours via Whatsapp (also keep an eye on your email, in case we cannot reach you via Whatsapp) and then you will start onboarding.

Can I keep track of my stock somewhere?

Yes, we have a stock management system and you get your own dashboard.

Is branding possible from the Netherlands?

Yes, here too we can support you in various ways when it comes to branding.

Do you have storage/stocking costs?

No, as soon as you actively run orders (at least 1 per week), we have no storage and no storage costs.

Which carriers do you use?

We use several carriers at the same time in order to always strive for the best possible price/quality ratio.

Where is your warehouse located?

Our warehouse is located in the Netherlands. From here we can ship throughout Europe with very fast delivery times (2-5 days on average). For the Netherlands we can even offer same day delivery.

Do you offer customized quotes for high numbers?

Yes, you always get the best prices with us. We are very flexible in this.

Do you have MOQ?

No, we do not have a MOQ for the fulfillment service.

What happens once I have signed up for the Returns service?

Then you will be contacted within 24 hours via Whatsapp (also keep an eye on your email, in case we cannot reach you via Whatsapp) and then you will start onboarding.

Can I list your address on my site as a return address?

Not the address of Service Points. You will be assigned a separate address for this by your account manager when your application is completed.

Can I send returned products to new customers?

This is only possible if you use the EU fulfillment service, not if you are a dropshipper and only use the return service.

Does payment also work via the platform?

No, payment goes through one of our partners. You pay them directly, so the payment goes outside the platform.

What is the delivery time of the various services?

That varies per service. Making a logo takes much less time than a webshop. Therefore, ask specifically about the service you want to purchase.

Is there anything you can't do?

We can take care of almost everything that has to do with E-com and mainly focused on dropshipping. If you have specific wishes, please register first and then discuss them with the right person within our team.
